Product License
All font products sold by Ahweproject are licensed, not sold.
Purchasing a font license grants you the right to use the font according to the permissions and limitations of the license you purchased. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the font, typeface, font software, or its intellectual property rights to you.
License permissions may vary depending on the license type. Please review the applicable license before using the font.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All fonts, typeface designs, font software, graphics, and other original products provided by Ahweproject remain the intellectual property of Ahweproject and/or their respective rights holders.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, duplicate, or provide the original font files to third parties except where expressly permitted by the applicable license.
Purchasing a license does not grant ownership or exclusive rights to the font or typeface itself.
Logo & Trademark Usage
Where permitted by the applicable license, our fonts may be used to create logos and logotypes.
If your license permits logo usage, the final logo or logotype created using the font may also be registered as a trademark.
Trademark rights apply only to the final logo, logotype, or brand identity created by the license holder. Registering such a trademark does not transfer ownership of the underlying font or typeface and does not grant exclusive rights to the font itself.
Ahweproject retains ownership of the font and may continue to sell or license the same font to other customers.
Modifications
You may convert text created with the font into outlines, curves, or vector shapes as part of your finished design where permitted by your license.
However, you may not modify, reverse engineer, rename, convert, or create derivative versions of the font software itself for redistribution or resale without prior written permission from Ahweproject.
Conditions
Our digital products are provided on an “as is” basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure our products function as intended, compatibility may vary depending on software, operating systems, and other technical environments.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased license is appropriate for their intended use.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product files have been downloaded or accessed.
However, if you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and may provide a refund where appropriate.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the associated license being terminated.
Pricing
Prices and license options may be changed at any time. Changes will not affect licenses that were validly purchased before the change, unless otherwise required by law.
